My Journey Before Coaching
Sugar had a strong hold on me, and I recognized that I was a sugar addict. While other people could enjoy one cookie or piece of cake and be satisfied, I was plotting my next piece even before I had finished the first.
I had completely given up sugar once before, many years ago for a period of several years and felt great, but for some reason I slowly, little by little allowed it back into my life until I was out of control.
I kept it hidden and people who know me would be shocked to find how much I was really eating. I then “tried” to cut down or quit sugar several times but never with any success.
Shortly before finding this program, I realized that the problem was by “trying” I was giving myself enough wiggle room to fail and instead of telling myself I was trying to avoid sugar, I needed to become the person who believes I am someone who does not eat sugar. Period.
My Experience During the Programme
Claudia met me exactly where I was, took my previous experience with sugar and abstinence into consideration, looked at my current lifestyle, the things that bring me joy and the place I would like to see myself in the future.
Taking all these into consideration, she came up with a plan designed just for me. Each aspect of the programme worked together to set me up for success. We talked about the brain and how it works and strategies for retraining my brain.
I learned new tools to use, and Claudia was there providing support every step of the way. The hypnosis was incredibly helpful, and I will continue to use our recorded hypnosis session on a regular basis.
My Results and Transformation
I feel like a new improved version of myself. While before I felt heavy, overwhelmed and bogged down by my addiction to sugar, now I feel light and carefree. I eat healthy, nutritious meals.
When I am finished, I am satisfied and ready to move on to my next activity instead of thinking about what I am going to eat next to satisfy a craving that hasn’t been quite satisfied yet (and probably never will be).
My clothes were getting snug and there were some I couldn’t get into all. This had me feeling large and dowdy. Now I am getting back into my clothes. They are fitting well which gives me confidence and makes me look forward to getting dressed up.
I am taking the best care of my body which really boosts my mood and sense of overall well-being.
Claudia also showed me a technique to let go of intrusive thoughts (food related or not) and dismiss those that were not serving me well. Using this technique has really been a blessing to me, helping me to free up so much mental energy that I can use in other places or just simply relax my mind.

My Journey Before Coaching
I have been struggling to control eating sugary treats for many years. I had given up addictive substances previously and each time replaced one with another, until finally the last thing I needed address was my compulsive, binge eating of sugary treats.
For a long time I have been in mental turmoil about how I was consuming them, because I am health conscious and I knew that the amount of sugary treats I can eat in one go is much too much, and because I was thinking about them, and planning my days/weeks around opportunities to eat treats.
My eating sugary treats has had an effect on my weight, my energy and my feelings of wellbeing. I didn’t want that to continue. I knew I would need some support to address this effectively.
My Experience During the Programme
I found Claudia’s programme to be amazing! I have had counselling and coaching in the past, and I have found each of those to be effective.
However I have never had hypnosis and I’ll admit I didn’t really expect much from it, but I was amazed at how the hypnosis has reached into my in a way that nothing else ever had before.
I felt incredibly connected to myself through the hypnosis, its like I really reached into my core. This has led me to feel a deep shift in how I feel about sugary treats and how I perceive them.
Through Claudia’s coaching, I have gained better insight into what is right for me, and now I am more able to assess what behaviours work for me, and how to put in place effective strategies to avoid the behaviours which don’t.
Although our focus during the sessions was on sugar, my new sense of deeper connection and insight has helped me to consider other aspects of life, and I can use what I have learned during my time working with Claudia to make improvements in other areas of my life and myself.
My Results and Transformation
I am noticing more when I have triggers and cravings. I am using a journal to record and process my noticings, and I am putting in place the techniques I have learned so that I can avoid triggers and dispel cravings.
I have lost weight and feel better in myself physically.
I feel like I have been empowered to continue my journey and that by being on the journey I am taking myself to a place where I am achieving freedom from the mental and physical burden I have felt in the past.
